Of course there will not be a pay raise for EPISD employees. The administrators have gotten so much the last 5 years they don't need a raise but the other employees do. The EPISD will use this promise of a raise for the next TRE election. They will continue trying to get the TRE passed because this is the only way they can continue their spending habits of old.

The new action that is really funny to me is the giving away of over 12,500 bikes to EPISD children along with 81,000 dollars worth of helmets and a $35,000 consultant that I guess is going to show them how to put the bikes together as about 50,000 boxes of bike parts were delivered to the EPISD this week. This is from a Department of Transportation Grant that thinks riding a bike to school gives the children more exercise than walking.
Boy, the flea markets will have a bunch of bikes for sale very soon.

I think this is only fair. Most of the schools in the district are doing crappy and the teachers I know all spend their free time boozing and bed hopping so they're not really too devoted to the kids anyway. All in all, this is the right way to go.

With insurance rates going up, teachers will be paid less than the year before. Meanwhile, the districts is patting itself on the back saying no more jobs were cut. We still have duplicate facilitators, literacy, math and science coaches at high school campuses and two literacy and math coaches at elementary campuses. Walk into some high school classrooms and ask why they need two-three laser jet printers in each room. Smart boards go unused lack to training. Teachers need to go to worthless meetings--why? So people in central office can give some reason why their job is important. Mr. Weaver, you are correct in stating that the district will blame the loss of TRE money for their excuse to all their problems and will ask the voters to pay more taxes for their wasteful spending.

Legally speaking if they can produce an address on this side of the border they are ENTITLED free education.
In our wonderful legal system, the right hand does not know what the left foot is doing. So with that in mind, the schools know who is illegal but can not tell Homie security agency because it is not their job. And Homeland security can not require schools to give up that information due to privacy laws.

We keep lowering the standards more and more each year, and we end up with corrupt sociopaths who will sell their souls to the devil just to look good on paper, but who stink as principals and are so corrupt that they believe their own lies.

How is it possible that EPISD is the only district which has no money for teacher pay raises? Yet keeps hiring flunkies and pimps to run our schools?

The corruption in the administration, starting from the Board of Trustees to Lorenzo Garcia, to the tiny little pimps who work for the District, and the Principals. These c.o.c.kroaches seem like they came right out of prison; the lying, the fraudulent claims, from where did these slimy worms crawl out.

They have no conscience. No remorse for their actions and their lies. That is why the voters of this district did not approve the TRE last year. That is why they distrust this Board and all the slime balls who run it. To me it is incredible that a bunch of lying, cheating, criminal sociopaths are running this school system.

Look into the eyes of any school principal. Stone cold psychopathic eyes, lizard eyes; reptilian faces ready to shoot out their white, yeasty dick breath slimy tongues and devour a fly crawling on a piece of dog dung.

This board and administrators, pimps and principals, are hated by hundreds or maybe thousands of voters from this district. What can all these people be thinking about this fecal matter running this school district?

You think they are praying for you? NO they are wishing you would all go back into your filthy, corrupt, and evil cesspool of feces; where you were concocted by evil perverted degenerates who wanted to inflict your brand of dirty leadership on the people of the el paso school district and send our schools into the sewage and the gutter.

There is a karma to pay. What Goes Around Comes Around.

Let us hope and pray that they ride them where safety is the number one concern. However I have a bad feeling about this many children getting something they probably have never had and I fear there will be someone hurt badly. I think small children will have the bikes taken from them by larger bullies etc...
To me the bads outnumber the goods and I much rather would have seen the $100,000 given to each of the 48 school principals and let them use it as they see fit. But of course the Department of Transportation has to come up with something to help them keep their jobs. I also saw an EPISD employee with a promotion to Assistant Director of the bike deal. She got an over $9,000 raise to over 65,000 dollars to be this administrator over the bike deal.
And the beat goes on!
