-You said it "A mistake on our (your) shipping address label (online) was missing one number" and then blame us? How can you fault us when it's YOUR mistake? We had to wait for your order to come back to us and check it in then re-send it. Again, NOT OUR FAULT! How about you learn how to type?

Bad Customer Experience
I feel reamed! After receiving some lighting listed as "Super Bright" in their catalogue that is only about 1/3 as bright as other lighting I have in similar configuration, this company is refusing to accept a return on the opened packages. Two packages were opened because the first had a defective bulb, and the second had to be opened to find out that the product did not match the description in their catalogue. I may return two of the items but am stuck paying for two useless things, plus I am stuck with all the shipping charges and a restocking fee! This company does not stand by their product or their word in their catalogue. Avoid these shysters!

We, too are a non for profit group who ordered a large amount of equipment from this joke of a company. When our order was late on arrival I called, waited 25 minutes for a human voice, upon which I was told that my entire order would not be ready for a month. They had sent no information about this to me! So, i canceled the order and requested my credit card be reimbursed. The woman I was speaking to said she'd "walk it over to the person responsible." I called the next day and got a really rude guy who told me that his company couldn't refund my money because "the guy who does that is on vacation." After finishing this, I'm sending a comlaint to the better business bureau. I sure I won't be the first!

HORRIBLE!!!! I feel like such an idiot for ordering from this company. I was way overcharged for all of the items, paid way too much for shipping, found out two of my items were canceled when they were supposed to be shipping, sat on hold for 50 min to see if we could return our items and found out that we would have to pay for return shipping. So I would be out $71.00 for shipping and have nothing. Stay away from this place! I wish I would have read reviews before I decided to order! Guess I'm stuck with this crap.

bullS@#$!!! original order was may 4, 6 wks later still nothing when i contacted them they had charged my visa but weren't going to ship it cuz the shipping address ddnt match the visa address. sorted that out 3 wks later systm showed up with one piece not working sent it back. oct now talked to them 3 wks ago and they said it was going out the nxt day and i should see it in a week or so..... it has been 3 wks and is now oct 21 and still waiting for an order that was put in at the beginning of may!!!!!

ordered a karaoke machine through them and the card was charged right away. no product received. called waited 20 minutes to talk with someone and was told machine was not available. No e-mail notification. Would have never known if I had not followed up on it. Sham company, uses your money, no product and now to wait 7-10 days for a credit, also notified card company. Ordered somewhere else and confirmation delivery already given. Stay away from them they are very shady.

BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE!!!! DANGER - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!
We ordered lighting in August to ennsure we could receive them by Halloween, they never sent the order after 7 CALLS to confirm order processed - always stating back ordered. Then called on the 26th of October and cancelled the order in which the agent was aloof at best, and said he would issue a credit to our corporate AM. I am sure you are all surprised that they didn't and I had to call AMX to get it disputed - BEWARE - They keep you hanging on for 60 days becuase normally you can't dispute after that time frame, but thanks to AMX and the fact they care for their clients, they are issuing us a credit o they would have stolen almost $900.00 from us. We own several large companies in FL and intend to post this on all of our websites to warn potential other victims of unethical business practices. Check out our website at padgettnegrete.com .

Placed order after confirming all items were in stock. Wait 2 weeks, no sign of the order. I call them up and wait 45min on hold only to be told that half the items are backordered until 9mo from now...and that they weren't going to ever tell me that, they were waiting for me to call and ask.
So, I cancel the backordered items to get the shipment going. They (after a week) refund the cost of those items...but not the shipping on them. Why would I be charged shipping on items I didn't buy?!?!

They have been giving me the run around for two months now. When I call they are rude, and have nothing to say except "well it should ship on this date". I finally told them I want my money back and have been waiting ever since. Because of their horrible service and failure to give a straight answer they have cost me over $1000 in rental fees to cover them not being able fulfill their part of the deal. I want my money back now! Stop giving me the run around.

These guys have no clue about what their equipment does, or what the ads say. They recommend you buy a computer to play CD's plus 2 turn tables. If you have turn tables you don't need the computer to play a CD.

This place is a joke. I ordered a light and a light stand on may 24 after two weeks not receiving my order I called and was told it was back ordered. Waited another week called again and was told that the products were being manufactured in china. Ok not for anything but if you are going to lie at least make sure you know where the products come from. The two products I ordered are manufacture in the usa. So I cancelled my order am am waiting for my refund while I wait for that I am preparing all legal procedings. Do not mess with customers you never know how much power they have.

I've read the other comments and believe that the customers are being too kind. Just received Halloween decorations that were suppose to be on sale, yet when I saw the prices marked that is exactly what I paid. Two of the items were defective and tried to call customer service and was put to indefinite music. This company should not be allowed to be in business but because they are so sleezy they will probably just change names and begin again. Hopefully they will be caught and the public can again rest.

Well, I ordered a complete DJ system In late Aug, 2012, and as of Oct 12, 2012...NOTHING. I got through with customer service, advised that it "should" ship in 2 weeks, yet payment taken in Aug. I WILL pursue ALL legal actions against, IF, my money is gone, and I receive nothing for it.

Wish I had read this before ordering some lighting for my home theater/club!!! Same story as everyone else... ordered...."processing "...no delivery. No one answers customer service (you have to push # 1 to order products then they pick up promptly). I disputed my order and asked for a refund. I received ZERO help! I had to call my CC company and dispute the charges. Hopefully I'll get my $$ back. The worst company I've ever dealt with. TOTAL SCAM. How can they get away with this month after month, year after year. They need to be shut down... or get a serious beat down!

I ordered a fog machine and fog juice for a Xmas present on 12/15/12. It never arrived. I emailed and got no response, have tried to call but stil get a "Happy New Year, we are closed for the Holidays"message and cannot leave a message.
I am about to report them to BBB, my credit card company and other authorities!

Placed order oct 30, 2012. Card charged immediately. It is the middle of january now and have received no shipment or communication. The company does not answer the phone, on hold for hours which has cost me more money. I have written four times and received no response. Cannot cancel order. It has been listed as processing for months. This is the worst company on the planet. I am afraid i have lost my money. THEFT!

There is absolutely no way you are talking about the same individuals! Are you the store's owner writing fake reviews trying to balance out the mountain of bad reviews?! You say "be patient" In my case it has been 22 days I've been waiting for something that should have taken 8 days, max. And then there is the issue of their phone number that has all of a sudden gone dead as of January 12, 2013.
