We are a non-profit company and we trusted them to send our equipment. It did not arrive. We called them to ask why it had not arrive, they were very unfriendly both times we spoke to different people on the phone.
A mistake on our shipping address label (online) was missing one number. The equipment was returned to them at their factory. They said they would resend it with the new label on it. They did not. We waited nearly two weeks. The second shipment never came. They charged us for shipping and a restocking fee of 20%. The total loss for our non-profit was $47. They took 10 days to return the other portion of our money by credit card but we never received our $47.
I would avoid this company at all costs. Even after trying to meet them half way, offering to pay 50/50 and take a loss too, they would not. They repeat the same words of their policy like a broken record. They have not a clue how to care for and nurture a customer. Classic case of a company that got large from taking both big and small advantages when they could from every customer.
You do not want to do business with them. We learned the hard way. Your frustration means nothing to them. Ask our Board of Directors (8 people)

What do you expect from a bunch of slack jaws yocles from Canton ohio? as long as they get money for a little weed and rent money their good, it's a 9-5 job for them.

I have had nothing but bad customer service such as not being able to get anyone to answer the phone, credits for products are taking at least 10 days to reach accounts. Most every order I have recieved from them has been damaged in some way, and of course YOU the customer have to fix it with either the shipping company or the manufacturer, they take no responsiblity for their company whatsoever. I have decided to pay the additional cost to other companies to avoid all the time and effort spent just getting my order right with this company who has four different sites but is still the same company. Customer rating 1-10; 2, product 1-10; -1, willingness to make things right 1-10; 0. Look somewhere else for your lighting and dj needs...
YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM.

I just ordered some equipment from them on May 10, 2009 (order# 82372) and received fast service. Even though one item was back back ordered which was scheduled for delivery on the next day.
One of the item, a wireless microphone NADY DKW-3 didn't work or defective; I just couldn't get someone to speak with about the problem or return the merchandise. So much running around on the phone to return something, so I am keeping it even though I can't use it. They need a better way to handle defective merchandise.

I decided to return the equipment after all. So much trouble... I was told a new one would be shipped which didn't arrived. I received a call from a John V. who first told me he had shipped the merchandise to listen to him again telling me that he tested the equip and there was nothing wrong with it. He now charging me an additional $11.00 dollars to ship the same merchandise.
It is not worthy to do business with this Co.
Look somewhere else to buy your equipment. These are deceiftul indivuals. I will never do business with them again

After retruning the equipment and spoke more than 20 minutes on the phone, the so- called John V. shipped me the same defective equipment which of course with a shipping charge.
I decided not to take further action as this company is not trust worthy.
Avoid this company at all cost; pay more somewhere for better service.

Yes, pretty bad service. Ordered a halloween costume from their cheaphalloweencostumes.us. They didn't communicate with me for 3 weeks, then a call into their customer service said they were missing one item which they didn't know when it would come into their company. I had them ship the remaining items. It arrives with one wrong items. Now I'm calling for a return authorization and I've been on hold for 20 minutes.

Completely terrible customer service ...long wait for items to arrive, then they arrive and they dont work. NOW their customer service cannot be found at all. People like this should be hung.

This company has terrible customer service. I ordered costumes for my children on October 4. It's now October 23 and they still haven't shipped. You can't communicate with them - they refuse to answer email or their telephones. I've put in a report to the Better Business Bureau and am looking into Small Claims Court in Canton - just to make a point.

Ordered a disco ball from cheapdjs on the 13th and was just notified today the 23rd of its shipment. In their policies it says three days to send out shipment.
If you are in a hurry, i don't think i would use these guys. Now that i have read all the reviews, i am curious if everything will be in working order when i receive it.
Tell me when this thread is updated!
