Triple Murder Suspect Wants Trial Moved Out of Canton

A man charged with killing his two young children and his former mother-in-law wants his murder trial moved out of his Ohio hometown.

he deserves nothing.he took his 2 young trusting children and killed them.i just pray that mother wont have to deal with this much longer.he shouldnt be alowed to have a fair trial.his kids didnt even have a chance at life let alone getting away from him.he deserves to die a slow and painful death

Why should we have to pay for the trial to go somewhere else. It is supposed to be a jury of his peers, they live where he lives, not somewhere else. If he wanted things fair, he should NOT have killed his children, and his former mother-in-law. We could just lock him up without a trial, if I remember right he did admit to killing them when first arrested, so why bother with a trial.

I can't beleive that this guy is asking for a "fair" trial. did he give his children a "fair" chance at life? Why should he get to live if he did kill his children. That is just an awful thing to do!!! I think we should have a justice system of.."an eye for an eye". Maybe we wouldn't have so much crime then.

Ok so let me get this right he pleads not guilty in court even though there is a hand written letter explaining what he did and why he did it? So does he deny the letter then or is he going for an insanity defense?
