PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Caisey J. Lamotte, 17, and Richard A. Martin, 18, both of 1410 County Route 36, Norfolk, with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child at 3:42 p.m. Monday after they allegedly shoplifted $257.97 worth of groceries from Walmart. The couple reportedly had a 3-month-old baby with them when they were stealing the food items.
***his mother works there for Christ's sake and Caisey will never ever change. I wish she would just try and fight to not be the stereotype everyone expects her to be. If nothing more, for Zoey's sake now. They could take her away and give her to Chad!

As hard as it is ,it's time for someone to step in and take the child away from them so they can either straighten themselves out or continue on their thieving ways and on to jail , but at least give the child a shot at a decent life which these two aren't willing to do. And to all those that say times are tough ,they always have been and people have been working 2 or 3 jobs forever tjust to give their kids a chance , get rid of the cell phones and rest of the toys you don't need and take care of business!

They need to stop giving these thieves a slap on the wrist and really punish them. The shoplifting around here is getting out of hand.
