oh right... the clinic that is supposed to be for those without insurance.... if you don't have insurance, it takes three to six months to get an intake appointment THEN they schedule you an appointment IF they decide you qualify. HOWEVER, if you have Medicaid, they can see you with no appointment during regular business hours. Three months? the swine flu or some other major illness might kill someone in that time period.
And while I'm at it, could it be possible that they might consider putting someone who actually has manners and a touch of compassion on the phone? Those people are so rude and act like you're less than them if you dare try to ask a question.
