The Defense: A Vietnamese, an Italian, and a Greek were all walking down the street one day carrying large duffel bags, when they happened to come across a very large pile of what looked like Oregano.

This is so stupid. 3B deficit in our state and we waste time on this.

Let people grow their own and then prosecute trafficking (which would go away).

Make people buy tags that cost $50 per plant, get caught without paying the tax, then you're in trouble. Hire farmers to grow it and have the state sell it just like the lottery...at a HUGE profit.

It is just stupid to waste time on this. Take away the incentive to traffic.

If Mass legalized, regulated and taxed pot at $50 an Oz like California wants to do this would have generated $272,000.00 plus sales tax for the state...

Now THAT'S an idea.
Someone ought to distribute the pot onto the floor during the Lenox Annual Town Meeting in the same way the dirt from tunneling was distributed in the work yard in the movie 'The Great Escape', via releasing thru the pant leg.
