Should she not been given a pardon, she could slowly pay it back! i suppose she could make amends. The law would stop that,!! rather punish than let make amends. She is suffering and will suffer for a long time... is that not enough. It has nothing to do with whom she took it from.
Im sure god was watching her and will make her suffer whether she pays it back or is incarcerated.
