bake it until the pork chops are cooked...i usually cover the casserole to bake the pork chops, then uncover just to brown them, but don't leave uncover too long, or it will dry out the pork chops too much....it is yummy...let me know how you like...and please give your recipes...

If anyone should be interested in my personal recipes, cooking, baking, pastries, or what ever you may email me at the following email address: labbie@centurytel.net.
If you choose to email me at above addy, state what recipe you are inquiring about. I will email you with the recipe.
I cook for various functions, mostly OMP, church, and nursing homes. I have perfected some of the best cajun recipes around. I do not sell my recipes. I give them to people who love to eat and enjoy cooking. Mikekds.

Enchiladas..Beef and Cheese
Brown your ground meat and strain the fat..add a little bit of enchilada sauce to the meat...off a side fry you corn tortilla in about a 2 teaspoons of oil til slightly crisp (not as crisp as a tortilla chip) add ground meat and cheese and roll putting it into a baking dish...after you have the desired amount add cheese to the top of the tortillas pouring the rest of your enchilada sauce on top..if you want you can cover with foil and bake about 200 degrees til your cheese is melted. Spray your baking dish with no stick oil that way your tortilla doesnt stick when serving them. I serve that with refried beans and spanish rice....my kids favorite!
If theres any dish you like ask I might know the recipe. I dont know what you and your family prefer.

If anyone makes meatball stew try using ground pork for the meat ball,it is very good.Just mix the pork like you would ground beef and make the meat balls.I always bake them first before putting them in the gravy.Dr. told me to try this instead of red meat.Turned out pretty good.

quick and easy is what I am about. I hate to cook. Hubby loves rice and gravy and I just don't have that much time so I cheat. When I bake pork I add seasoning and any kind of italian dressing it browns the pork and I strain it over a small stainer and paper towels and serve his over rice.

Also crockpot cooking is the esiest for meat dishes. Did you know for potatoes and cabbage you can use a rice cooker? That is super easy and good.

Spanish Rice.......use a little bit of cooking oil and amount of rice you want by cup...brown your rice on med heat til the rice is golden brown...add chopped onions and tomatoes...I blend a tomato for my tomato sauce and pour that in with amount of rice I use, I use that many cups of water...add salt and black pepper...let it come to a hard boil..stir then put on low heat and cover...its the same as cooking rice on the stove just you have the other ingredients added....you can also add sweet peas...carrots some even use all the above together...DELICIOUS!

The world is your oyster. There isn't anyone you're afraid to talk to or any situation you're afraid to place yourself in. The word 'extrovert' must have been coined just to describe you. You're the master of time at the moment, cutting through red tape and getting right to the heart of the matter. If you use the right words, you can make anyone see your point of view, even if they don't agree.
