Tom Jamison finally charged for assaulting Dansville Woman!

I really thought this one would get swept under the rug. This guy punched (closed fist) a girl that was arguing with his wife in a bar, from what I understand he may have broke her jaw. His friends lied to police saying he accidentally pushed her into a wall and one of the "witnesses" was not even there until after the assault took place. This man has been the town bully for as long as he could walk and it's about time he gets taken down a notch or two. I am so glad the woman is standing up for herself and all women, I really feel that Tom could kill (intentionally or accidentally) someone someday.

I happen to really believe that Tom J is a stand up guy!!! Those 3 female Bar rags that jumped Toms wife and then ended up on the losing end, probably deserved to get their jaws broken! Tom works very hard every day, and is a very good guy. I would say that, if 3 chics jumped his wife, they deserved everything they got!!! I happen to know for a fact, that he did NOT punch ANY woman with a closed fist!!! So gossip about someone else, because Tom is a stand up guy! Im sure that no one on this site has the balls to talk trash about him to his face!!! So stop being jealous of his pretty wife and get a makeover!!!!!

1...Sorry but one of my friends was there and he did punch her with a closed fist.
2...Working hard every day does not give any man the rite to punch anyone, especially a woman.
3...any guy that hits a woman for any reason is not a "stand up guy", stand up guys know how to do the rite thing and walk away.
4...Your rite about one point, I wouldn't talk to his face because he would probly punch me in the face! He has proven over and over that he cant control his temper, sounds like you have alot in common with him BTW. As for his wife, no comment, I'm not getting into the name calling that's be going on here lately, I just like to talk about the issues.

Okay to begin, you are Tom sound as though he is a Saint, which nobody is. Obviously he did something wrong or else the Police would of never arrested him. I too have known Tom for several years, back to the St. Mary's days and I never thought he would do such things. But as they say with time people change and if you add alcohol to the mix, you never know what will happen.

Like I said I wasn't there, it's not cool to gang up on anyone, especially 3 against one....but that's still no excuse for a man hitting a woman. Especially a guy as big as Tom. He should have gotten his wife out of there as soon as it started, if he really cared about her. It takes a real man to walk away, or call the police. In any situation there is a rite and a wrong way to handle it, he was wrong, end of story.

It's all good tho, he is getting what he deserves...FINALY! I hope she takes him to civil court after the criminal Proceedings are over. I doubt if that crappy little house of her's on Perine St. will be enough to cover the law suit.

LOL, well pumpkin, the correct spelling for this name was already taken so I just changed it, as you apparently didn't notice it is spelled correctly in the forum header. You might have noticed I didn't really go to the bar, I never go to the bars in Dansville because of scum bags fighting all the time. I don't know any of the chicks that were involved that night, but some of my friends were there. I don't care what kind of girls they are either, its NEVER OK TO HIT SOMEONE, ESPECIALLY A CHICK. I do know Tom however, and he thinks were friends, but like many people he has no idea that I can't stand him. He has not hit me in the face or anything, just made alot of crude comments when he was trying to get me to go home with him. That crap might work on bar hogs but not me puddin'.

Well if I was getting whooped by 3 chicks in a bar all my GIRL friends would have my back, but we both know Tom's wife has no chick friends. No one trust's her around their men. I have never been in a fight because I know how to act like a proper woman.
