Three people rescued in two separate fires in Ontario County

Three people were rescued in two separate fires in the early morning in Canandaigua and Hopewell today.

Someone has got to teach those folks how to smoke crack and meth. such that they don't always set their houses on fire!

There seem to be a rash of fires out in 315 land lately, aren't there?

Don't they teach proper crack and meth. smoking in classes in the schools out in 315 land?

Sounds like a plan the alleged Governor ought to implement, before he gets kicked out of office.

these fires took place during the early morning hrs, NO mention of any meth lab or any other drugs involved.

maybe just maybe the Hopewell fire was a wood stove, maybe, I don't know and neither do you...

Why was there a screw up at the 7 am fire in Canandaigua all the Trucks and everyone else were at the wrong house for that fire. Was it 911 system that got the wrong house time means everything in a fire and response. I hope the person that was in that fire was ok

Pimp Daddy - Is it that you are confused when you read "Ontario"? Now, if it said the Town of Ontario, which is in the County of Wayne, then, yes, it would be 315 area code. However, this is Ontario County where much of the territory happens to be 585 including one of the area's most visited towns - the Town of Victor, where Eastview Mall is located. I actually live about two miles from where the fire occurred (585 area code). However, my question to you is: what is your issue regarding area codes and do you harbor a prejudice or preconception about people (such as drug use as you have suggested) based on the area code in which they live? What is your logic or your source of information?

So instead of worrying about how someone is spelling and what not worry about the area codes before you talk your daily crap. I both watch and read way too much news.

Which tends to confuse, rather than inform.

I believed the reference to be to the Town of Ontario.

The general stereotyping is that people who live in the 315 area code are significantly less than mentally astute.

I have learned this by listening to people talk, and reading and watching various news reports over a period of time.
