Yet there are over 200 active auctions on E-Bay for synthetic marijuana or "herbal incense" right now, most of which will ship to Missouri. Yet no legal action taken against them.

Ironic.

Look at the state it's being shipped from then take ur lazy ass and see if it's illegal in that state.......like Missouri which it just went into effect not to long ago that made it illegal to sell the k-2 and bocamo dew along with others...if u know it's getting sent to someone in the state then let someone know and stop bitching

You are such an Idiot and your statement is so telling of such fact that it's hard to develop a reply to your post. Remind yourself that "K2" and "Bocamo" are brand names and nothing more. The synthetic research compounds, such as JWH-018, JWH-073 and a variety of others, were made illegal. In response to this law apparently other compounds were developed that are legal and thus the ability to still ship and sell in the State of Missouri. Information about this is all over the Internet. Packaging a bag of lawn grass clippings and calling it "K2" is not illegal -- it's the compounds that are applied to it. And, like this arrest, the name of the compounds are never released and likely, by the letter of the law, legal in the State of Missouri. If they are seeing some type of "analog act" prosecution, say so.

Make no mistake, anyone who uses these "drugs" are asking for trouble in terms of legal and health woes. But I hate to see laws skewed in order to make an arrest or half truths being told by Police to justify their arrests and media parades.
