How much tax money did these townships WAIST filing these ridiculous lawsuits? The citizens of these townships should have been asking that question from the start. The article goes on to state "Hanover Twp., Northampton Co., which initiated the lawsuit, is expected to withdraw its lawsuit in the coming weeks."

"The state law has changed so township taxes won’t help fund development of a hockey arena in Allentown."
I don't care if the lawsuits influenced that or not. I'm happy.
By the way... Gotta love how they blur out all the blight around the arena in the picture they used for this story. LMAO !! Too damn funny !!

Not a peep from the local developer because there is some sort of contract infringment or even patent law that is the ACE in the HOLE. I just want to know when the bonds will be for sale, than the intrest rate annully and minimum time limit to cash them in to turn a qwick profit. They are going to have to be very high.
Almost like the sinking ship the mayor used to depict the apd and afd pension costs or the other credit card intrest payments.
I personally think 1to5 quarterly is a perfect percentage rate than again the risk 1to7.5 quarterly upon demand no miturity time limit!

Better odds on that than the bonds that will be floated, he will be bent over with the paddle of allentowns tax base than put on his sinking ship. Allentowns plump king and his jesters are the joke of eastern pa.

Odds on this one are 25to1 this should be posted at the Sands in bethlehem and they are only in certain circles?
