Yes to NO WAR IN IRAN. But that is not nearly as imminent as a war in Afghanistan. The slaughter of American troops would be unbearable. We MUST do all in our power to prevent more troops being sent there. STOP THE WAR IN AFGHANISTAN BY STOPPING OBAMA, who wants to expand the fighting there.
Hey Dave what is the name of the doctor who did your Brainectomy?
The war in Afghanistan is the one we are supposed to be fighting and more troops are needed to stop the Taliban from regrouping!
Afghanistan is also where BinLaden is probably hiding,if he is not in the tribal areas of Pakistan!

So the Iraq war was begun because of 'lies and fudged intelligence'? Hehe...you mean Saddam Hussein and his sons were really WONDERFUL people, with the best interests of humanity and world peace at heart? Wow, I never knew. Thank God there are lefties around to protect such wonderful people in the future. Be sure to elect Barack 'I miss Saddam Hussein' Obama and his supporters this fall! Added bonus: Barack never fudges!

Do you sleep with your lights on? You're constantly shaking with fear on these boards, it's kind of funny to watch and read, but becomes awfully tiresome. You have a firm grasp of the dramatic. Have you considered writing high school novels? I think you might find a nice little niche there.
Just who DO you believe? It seems as though don't believe anything until it matches up with what you've already convinced yourself is true. I mean, that must make life easy, but boring, and obviously very scary.
I only believe the editorial pages of The New York Times, Boston Globe, and The Berkshire Eagle.
Do you think I'm limiting myself?

So nice to get another response from you ,Ramdan. Why are we supposed to be fighting a war in Afghanistan against a regrouping Taliban? Do they have WMDs? Are they threatening to attack the U.S.? Do we know that bin Laden is there? Do we know that he's even still alive? What will we accomplish by killing him? Isn't it time that we ended our involvement in these "wars" that needlessly kill our young people and drain our treasury? Wouldn't that money be better spent in teaching people like you to engage in a civil debate without resorting to childish insults?

And a bunch of people standing together in the middle of town holding signs accomplishes what?

Well good for you then. Although you might want to work on your reading comprehension.

yep, lets get them all yee ha ! you think it's about dictators and abusive regimes or oil ? meanwhile the mastermind who perpetuated the worst attack on U.S. citizens, the idiot-in-chief says it doesn't matter if we catch him. i can't see how anyone can stick up for his administration. GM mentioned "the failed carter administration", wonder where he ranks this one ? personally i figured jimmy carter loves GW because it got him off the hook as the worst president in our lifetimes.

The Lathrop have always been the big anti-war protesters if at their years teaching at BCC. They always tried to shove their lame ass view point down your throat. They should be ashamed of themselves and if they hate the way the USA is run and the good things they have gotten from it then get on a plane and go to the middle east and see how fast your scared old selves will be back.

The right to assemble peaceably,to protest against the policies of this country,is one of the great things about our country!
People who choose to exercise this right are to be admired!
We may not agree with their agenda, but we must support their right to publicly demonstrate their position!
