In that context, if you favor abortion do you have to be aborted yourself, or is aborting all of your children enough? Quit being a dope and take the blinders off. This would dictate that all pro-lifers would have to be wealthy married couples. Ooops sorry, you don't make enough money to form an opinion.

And I guess the LW doesn't have to adopt anyone herself...since her opinion was "they don't deserve to be on this earth and should have been killed" then SHE'S completely absolved from being responsible for raising them, too!(Being a pediatric nurse doesn't benefit the ones who needed a good home after being released from the hospital. She could have done SO much more!)

Why did you provide care for them if they were so damaged? I can understand on the one hand how it would lead to your abortion policy. But the other logical corollary would also be a euthanasia policy, n'est-ce pas?

The excitement, and controversy, THAT would generate would be as intense as this aspect of abortion. You might as well just paint another target on her.

That makes as much sense as forcing "pro-choice" women to get abortions, even if they don't want one.
If you find yourself pregnant and that wasn't the plan, and you don't feel as if you could properly provide for your child, you can always put your child up for adoption. There are families that desperately want babies, and you could make a family complete. Bring your child to the hospital, police department, or fire department.
If you're not ready to have a child, perhaps you should look into birth control. Its not failure free, but chances are that you'll find your self in these situations much less often, if at all.
I don't pretend to think that I can sway anyone from pro-choice to anti-abortion, no matter how strongly I feel about it, but I hope word gets out that these mothers have options that not only save a life, but provide other families with hope.
