I was there this afternoon to Purchase a couple Items while I was waiting I was looking at the birds, so this man with a bald head came over and told me to get my hands out of the "cage", In reality it is an open box so i did. when I removed my hand he then approached me and got straight in my face and started to tell me how he said I looked and said he didn't like the way I was talking to him. unfortunately I change the way I look or talk, and I've owned nearly every type of animal in my life and I am an adult he continued to get in my face to the point when I could smell his breath and then ran away and threatened to call the cops for no reason at all i guess he didn't want me to purchase anything because the way i look and the fact that i removed my hands from the bird cage as they were fine and on my hand. birds i may have considered buying. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store they treat a lot of their customers the same way. but there was no need for this man to be threatening towards me you don't get in someones face and distort your voice loud and try to intimidate another grown man and then when I went to move away the guy ran to the phone and ran away because I said I was leaving. he has now lost my business for good and when I left he was happy to loose my business since I said you just lost my money and business by saying good! This man seems to have a violent streak and is very offensive you cant say you don't like the way someone looks or talks that cant be helped that's hurtful and discriminating. I think that open cage should be closed off before a little kid gets bitten. and if you go to this Plymouth pet shop be prepared to be threatened, discriminated, and made fun of.
