Stone Property Management Arrests

It's one thing to kid around about Will and the truck, but he is a great guy to work with and is totally honest.

The real question is now much did Sean and Bill know and when did they know it. Some people say they found out last summer, but some of these thefts go back to 2008. Bill's signature is also on several legal documents that he had no right to sign. It is possible Bill knew before Sean , even though Sean was married to Courtney?

Anyways, there may more dirty hands in this thing but Stone employees and subcontractors had no part in it.

Are Kyle and Pam Stone related or associated with Sean and Courtney Stone? Both had significant federal tax liens that were released within days of each other back in Oct. of 2011.

Does anyone have any credible info regarding the status of this investigation? Has anyone requested and received info from the Town?

Maybe I can bring a little different prospective to this thread. I am a former vender/contractor brought on by Stone several years ago. I also have many other successful relationships with many other property management companies in the region. Our company lost tens of thousands of dollars in this Stone debacle. The reason that I am commenting is in regards to Will Lambert. I can tell you from a venderís prospective that all day to day logistical operations were handled by Will [where the rubber meets the road] if you will. That being said, all AR [accounts receivable] was always handled through either Courtney or Sean Stone. In fact whenever my company had either a question, or as things deteriorated, concerns with money, they were always handle by Courtney or Sean. Will was never involved in financial dealings, at least not as far as our company was concerned. Furthermore I have to say that I found that Will was always, not only helpful, but to my experience, extremely honest. I can also say that he was genuinely caught off guard by all that has transpired. Now I know my statements are only anecdotal, but that being said, I personally would have no reservations about working with Will Lambert again, in any endeavors that he wishes to undertake.

Did I read correctly that Bill Stone told the banks that he was President of 10 of the WV associations? It's common knowledge that you have to be a property owner in an association to be on its board. Did the banks think he owned property in 10 associations? Did they ask for any proof of his ownership? What kind of people run these banks?

Will FBI solve SPM misappropriation of funds in 2013? Clock has been ticking since Oct 2012. Legal scholars and local law enforcement are maintaining radio silence. Why? Let's bring the obvious and plentiful evidence forward and start the trail.

maybe time to get the news media to ask some questions.

I have already contacted the news media. Result? SILENCE! One wonders why. Maybe an outside (of NH) news source would be a better route.

question should be "what kind of people run this town?" SPM isn't the only one under investigation

Is there credible evidence of others in WV being investigated?

Who else is being investigated? Although if the FBI and all had any desire to get to the bottom of this they'd investigate all those involved, employed or otherwise associated with running SPM for the last ten years or so. They can catch a terrorist in two days but they can't get to the bottom of an amateur embezzlement in 7 months? I don't think so. Maybe the Sununu's ought to get out in front of this and help put it to rest instead of avoiding bad press for the mountain.

Waterville Valley officials recently inquired US Attorney Office of time line for SPM indictments. Do we have an answer? If not, why? Do we need the Boston Globe Spotlight Team to get involved here? The FBI needs to be more transparent.

Spotlight Team was informed months ago and apparently chose not to cover the story.

I have it on good authority (someone working on the case) that there will be no indictments.

At least the Stones couldn't steal the mountains...which ultimately is the reason why we love this valley.
