What is going on with the arrests at Stone Property Management this morning? Heard a lot of Condo Associations may be in deep trouble with unaccounted for funds? No way to buy or sell units as banks won't lend money due to legal action pending.

Heard the same thing...did multiple people get arrested? We were told not to send any $$ to Stone, that the condo fees had been stolen by an employee/owner. What is up?

I heard that Courtney stone stole from every condo complex in the valley. Not sure yet how much was taken from where I am. I heard that she was arrested, but not in custody? Hoping to get up there this week and find out what is happening. I can't believe if it is true that the news media has not mentioned it. Especially since I heard 18 different condo complexes are involved.

I am in WVV this weekend. Spoke to many condo board members. Its bad. Condo reserves & operating budgets wipe out totaling $2M. Each association bank account has been closed. Condo associations need to set up new bank accounts, provide funding, pay bills and hire new maintainance companies. cond board members need to call thier association insurance companies as well.

Own at Forest Knoll and they got us too. We have hired Harvard Management. They have managed in the Valley and for the Golden Eagle for years. Solid company. Harvard's Director is coming to our annual meeting next week. They've jumped right in.

Lot's of rumors going around. Reports should be going to Waterville and verifying everything. It is big news, but should be reported accurately.

Mike L. is exactly correct. I'm sure lots of finger pointing is going on with planted rumors as nobody has been arrested according to WMUR...http://www.wmur.com/new s/nh-news/Waterville-state-pol ice-investigate-company-for-fu nd-misuse/-/9857858/17076084/- /2jln60/-/index.html?absolute= true

Fred - A board member of Mad River took charge of our keys. Your Assoc should do the same. Has anyone confirmed there $2M #? it is a possibility. I know of $213K min from just 2 associations. Locals please keep us posted.

There have been no arrests as of today, Monday 10/22. The state and local police entered SPM on Friday late afternoon, and confiscated much of the office. The WMUR report IS accurate.

No arrests? How can that be? FACT: Multiple condos have had money stolen. FACT: Stone Property Management had FULL access to the accounts for those condos. And NO arrests? Seriously? And the SPIN from WMUR is that the the "president of SPM is cooperating with the investigation" - like that is GOOD NEWS? Our money is GONE and will most likely NEVER be recovered. How can the PRESIDENT not be held accountable?

no arrest (yet). State/local police need time to review computers/files removed from SPM late last week. Building a case of this magnatude and linking evedence to individuals takes time. SPM is also open for business.
