I think it is funny that you guys think so highly of him. Must have let you go for some reason or another or you wouldn't be so friendly with the man.

I know of several drug dealers he has let go right in your county alone. State police had them to rights. At least one of them works in the school system.
You have to be one of those he let go.

It takes a lot of balls to hide behind a robe and dole out unfair sentences and punish people with high bail before they are ever convicted.

It only isn't right, it is against the values and principles of the justice system. It is a mockery of justice and there's nothing ballsey about it.

He is bound by the law. He cannot press his own morals on cases. He practiced law for a number of years and knows the loopholes that can cause appeals and overturned verdicts. He is not perfect, but who is?

He might be bound by law but if you observe and listen you will realize that he seems to be ignoring the law. The majority of Breathitt County is fed up with him and he will not win the next election if someone runs against him. If you have been keeping up with the news in Breathitt County you know that the next election for the most part will be an honest one and the people of Wolfe and Powell stand a good chance of electing one of their own rather than being outvoted by the thugs in Breathitt County.

I have more education than Frank does. I am not arguing the merits of any criminal case. I am stating the fact that he is very unprofessional, and treats people in general very badly. He is there to do a job and his job description does not include belittling and making fun of people. It also does not include pushing his own believes, morals, mores on people. If you will read the latest Supreme Court ruling in Breathitt County you will see what I am talking about. A major case was overturned because of judicial and prosecutorial misconduct. Finally somebody in a position to do something about this behavior has sat up and taken notice. I do not argue the legal facts or lack thereof in any case but Frank is also not to argue those. He is there to take a neutral position and keep his dam mouth shut about people and their status in society. Like I said, read the latest decision.

I will tell you about the latest decision. Billy Caudill is a MURDERER plain and simple you idiot. He had to find some reason to try to get out of spending the rest of his miserable life in jail. He doesn't deserve to have the taxpayers to pay for a lawyer and waste all that money and time. He should just face the fact that he did in fact torment that poor guy until it ended up coming down to a killing. You know he is guilty yet you try to get on here and act like he was so innocent. I home they give him the death penalty this time around. That would be JUSTICE. If someone killed my family In cold blood then I would not stop until that person got what they deserved and I would make darn sure that if they did get out that they would never step foot back in the county ever again. If hell freezes over and if he gets out on a technicality I don't think the people will except him back with open arms. I am sure his neighbors will put a stop to him living on his so called precious land. He will never be allowed to go back there. All they need to do is get a restraining order against him and he won't be able to live there anymore. So I guess he really lost either way. Killed a man for land and in turn he will never be able to step foot there again. That is unless he goes back and kills the other three. I really wouldn't put it past him because we all know that he is a murderer
he wont
