I am not an alarmist, not do I believe in gov't over-regulation ... but come on now.

Turns out this Little Britches is a large organization that puts on rodeos (and the activity that killed this kid)all over, ages 6 and up.
Who is supposed to protect the children from themselves if the adults in charge can't?
