Moose Lodge warned for selling without license

A local organization was recently issued a notice of noncompliance from the state division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco for selling alcoholic beverages without a license.

The local Elks Club sells liquor and runs gambling machines (all illegal activities) so why can't the Moose Lodge do it.

Not saying we should overlook illegal activities but I think that older people drinking a beer is probaly the least of our worries. Be realistic.
