Are you people all dense?!?! Is there a different video that you are all seeing? The kid was never beaten!!! He was never kicked!!! and for those who forgot to mention it, he was never choked either!
I think that the shot in the video when he falls foward is where everyone thinks that he's being kicked in the back. He was actually being kneed in the back of the knee to bring him down (try it some time, it looks worse than it is). No one seems to catch when he tries to hit the nurse either, did you!?!? Watch it again. Maybe this Siebert guy is right and maybe the kid was just real sick, but the "blank blank" nurse didn't do her job right. The guards then would have thought that he was faking it just like the other kids that do that every day at the camp. It's the old "mommy my tummy hurts" routine, but in this case Anderson was being honest and really was sick.
Lets look at the real picture and see the real truth and not just what you want to hear.
Also, I think that if the parents had set him straight and done their job, the poor kid wouldn't be where he is today. Regardless of how scarry he looked in his current picture, no parent should lose a child.

For the record, Martin Lee Anderson was convicted of the following:

1. Grand theft auto, for driving his grandmother's car without a license or permission. His grandmother didn't want him to be convicted of that crime, by the way.

2. Violating probation, by trespassing at a school.

Wow, DeeDee, you're right--Martin Lee Anderson WAS a monster! He deserved to die, he should have been placed in a pine coffin (the cheapest kind available), and he should have been buried in an unmarked grave. And everybody should know where it is, so he can urinate and defecate on it. Everybody should sneer at his parents and laugh in their faces. They should be tied up and forced to watch that video repeatedly. Then, we should put them in prison, give the other prisoners implements, and let them sexually mutilate and torture them to death--while videotaping the proceedings so we can sell videos and donate the proceeds to victims' funds. There are posts on the Laguna Beach Florida Topix.net reguarding the Martin Anderson case. You will find that it appears that some of the ones that are "the guards" are posting, hiding behind different names trying to taint the jury pool. The people will not let this one slide, Martin Anderson's family must know that many of us keep you in our prayers. To the guards, GOD knows all and sees all, you can not hide from him, or yourself.
