Has anyone ever eat at a Quizno's? The prime rib sandwiches with peppercorn sauce is out of this world. Found out that is cost $250,000 just to get the franchise. I guess that's why C-ville can't get a lot of the good restaurants. Who would risk that kind of money for the franchise alone?

Just to (evidently) have no selection of potential employees that aren't social rejects...good point.

Do us all a favor and don't be stupid and try to start something again... okay? This forum isn't about anything other than Baskin Robins and info regarding it coming to C-ville. No other comments about anything else is welcome.

I hope the owner has plenty of money to loose. This is Cheapo Campbellsville and a single scoop of ice cream cost way more at baskin-robbins than you can get a half gallon at the supermarket for. You will see people from C-ville in places like e-town paying that much but they wont buy it here for that much.

How many people working "bubble-paying" jobs will pay $3.50 for a scoop of one of the 31 flavors? Think about it...Making $8.50/hr in a 40 hour week at one of the local controlled-wage-earning factories and going to buy the most expensive ice cream in the U.S.

Just to inform you folks, it costs nearly $300,000 to buy a Baskin Robbins franchise back in the early 1990s. It would scare me to know how much one would cost today. Will families of 3 or 4 be able to afford eating out at a fast food restaurant, go to a movie, put $20 of a "few drops of gasoline" in their gas tank, and then go spend $10-$15 for a scoop of the best at Baskin Robbins?

Do the arithmatic. Where do people get the money to pay for all this? Is it just me or is money growing on a tree somewhere?

Daily Horoscope for November 26

Sagittarius

The mood is considerably lighter as the Moon enters Aries and your fifth house of romance and creativity today; plan to enjoy a good time tonight. Make a play date with your inner child and forget about all your responsibilities for a few hours; you've been working hard and deserve time off for good behaviour. Just remember, no drinking and driving... hire a cab if you plan to go out for the evening.
