What does the employer have to do with the alleged sodomite? Why should they have their name dragged through the mud for something they have no control over? Are you a competitor?

I don't believe that at all. Until I see proof from an official source I'll put this report in the same place as 95% of the post that's on Topix, in the trash. If you're making something like this up I hope burn in hell. If I had to make a judgement now, I would have to say you are a ticked off ex-employee that's trying to get revenge because Logan fired you.

Don't want his business nor make the business look bad. Papa John's is the only pizza I eat. It's just a fact if you had looked this afternoon at the inmates you would have seen him and his charges.

An indictment is only an accusation. You can accuse anyone of anything, but you better be prepared to back it up.

Why should he be prepared to back it up? He or she can make all the false or true statements they want with no repercussions (for the average topix reader that means that they won't get caught or punished for anything they say). It will continue on without ceasing and you will continue to be frustrated at all these dim wits on topix.

I agree but it takes a lot for the grand jury to indict someone on a charge like that

nope, doesnt take alot at all. only a prepondurance of the evidence and there is no defense that speaks at a grand jury proceeding, only the prosecutor.
