I KNOW that back last fall Little son Graham Quit Cox's and went to Amazon, but didn't like it and was back at Cox Interior within a few weeks!!!!
It is Cox Interiors Plant Policy that you must wait No shorter than 6 months for rehire after being terminated or quiting in any circumstance.
With exceptions being limited to an illness, Death, etc. resulting in pointing out and termination. NOT just because you hate your other job!!!
Aside from that, yes I would think and hope that a family member working under another would be harder on them OR most important as equal to all others and with NO special treatment. There are others there that fall into that same scenario too!!!!!

Yea his son does get special treatment I have seen it myself and so does the rest of the bosses kids that work there, and I have went to Tim for answers and never got an answer so don't tell me to get my facts correct I have seen a lot there that is why I don't work there no more but I still have my ways to find out all the bull shit that goes on at that place.

The bosses kids can do whatever they want and nothing is said to them. They don't get wrote up for nothing and how many have you ever heard of getting fired? These so called supervisors are pretty sorry. If they would do there job and let the rest of us do ours without being bothered by them we might get more done. And where is Tim Grahams funny side because I sure have never seen it?

Sounds Like Cox Interior needs a UNION, you wouldn't have any of this b-sh#t. You would do a honest days work for a honest days pay.

I don't know what turnip truck you fell off of, but I have had experience with unions from both sides. There is no such thing as honest work for an honest days pay--union politics reign! I have yet to find a union plant that is truly productive or fair, that’s why companies run from them when they can (close them or sell them!). Think GM, Ford, and Delphi. Toyota is productive and profitable by paying the same wages and benefits as the big-3, but they have the ability to change without facing extortion. I have seen changes that take a day in non-union plants take a month or more in union ones. Just recently I experienced a company sell one of their plants that was union, because they fought over an extra $6 in monthly health dues. When it was all said and done the employees had to take a 26 percent pay cut, because the new owner eventually got out by selling the plant to the union. The UNION had to enforce the pay cut just to keep the plant viable, because reality seems to be real when it costs them money! Guess how long that plant has before it closes, as the most inept always seem to get elected to union positions. Most can’t drive a fork lift, much less run a factory.
If Obama wins, all you have to do is break a few legs and dent a few cars to get those union cards signed, because the democrats are pushing the NO VOTE union certification process as the pay off for perpetual union money! The Bill has already passed once in the democrat House, but it was held up in the senate with a veto threat from the president. I guess if you can’t win, change the laws until you do. American industry will be finished when that happens, because the flood gates to elsewhere will be wide open! I’ve seen it and lived it. Cox Interior will just move south, because there is nothing special to keep them in Campbellsville. Ask the ex-Batesville employees!

Cox Interior will NEVER EVER move south. You don't know much if you don't realize there are multiple things that are special to them in Campbellsville. You can't even compare Batesville to Cox's. The Cox's are local hometown people. Batesville is a huge corporation with NO local ties. Your post was pretty good up until you started blowing smoke!

Why would they need to move south when they are getting good workers for a little wage already? I mean you go in there and work your a-- off for them and they can't even give you a cost of living raise. Why is that? Because they want to become richer than they already are.

Yes I got terminated for pointing out....whoopty doo. If there's so much favoritism then why didn't he work around that one?? I pointed out on a medical leave. Happy? Shame I don't have the pull to over rule that one!
As far as what you heard Mr. Worker, Ricky had NOTHING to do with me being called back! Tim Graham told him to call me and ask if I wanted my old job back......Ricky never mentioned me for that job.....YOU HEARD WRONG! And my supervisor was in on it also. They have the say so, if you are as smart as you say you are then you would know that....right? huh? huh? huh?
You know me, I stepped up to the plate here. Now Mr. Hard Worker. You have down sized everyone else From Poly Pro all the way through the plant. Step out of the Shadows and let everyone KNOW who is degrading each one at a time.
13 an hr....hahahaha....I wish!

I have to agree if you are a women you better hope you look good and are WILLING because that is the only way you can get anywhere at that place. Be a great a--kisser. And even then you WILL NOT be a supervisor. Do not even think about any training or school you may have you still do not have what it takes

You have seen and you have heard but all your stories are contradicting.

ONE last post and that would be POST#35

I am not kissing anyones ass for nothing!
When I was asked, the main term was that on the clock we are employees and off the property we are Brothers plain and simple! I do not want anything that I do not deserve! ANY body that knows me personally will tell you the same!
Most cases I would agree with you 110% that it is WHO you know to get where you are but in this case it is not. It is WHAT you KNOW and WHO knows you KNOW it!, I did NOT go to them, it was offered to ME!
I went to college and I have a degree and walked out with a 4.0 and grad. one month early of my class! I KNOW computers inside and out. That is what got me back in there....IT's what some people call KNOWLEDGE.
From what i can tell by your post, that is something you lack along with respect. You are basing your so called knowledge on hear say and he said/she said crap.

13 an hr..........that still cracks me up!
