I heard Donnie Brockmans son had a bad wreck today on his bike but the kid is going to be ok! So happy to here this. I was just wondering if anyone knows if his Dad is that good of a Vet? I am sure he is but I have a couple of horses that I need looked at and I was just wondering if hes as good as I've been told? Does he also doctor Dogs? I don't know the Doc but heard a lot of good things about his family and him just need to find me a good horse Vet or a good all around Vet.

He needs to stop letting that kid get hurt! Those Dirt Bikes Can Kill!! It wouldn't be so bad if this was his first wreck but DAM* How many times is this going to happen! Glad Alex is ok!! I am sure some one will have to something to say about my opinion, But I would hate for such a good looking and smart kid get crippled or even Killed from a Dirt Bike!!!
For sure

My point is...That there comes a time when your child gets hurt by doing the same thing over and over..It is time to Quit before something really bad happens... I have seen it first hand, what it looks like for a kid to get killed on a dirt bike. Sad that you can't see I am looking out for him. it is also sad That his Dad isn't looking out for his best interest. Seems like a Father would want him to get into something else that isn't going to Collapse his lungs, break both of his arms, and crush his face, and teeth!! When is enough..ENOUGH!!!!

I can tell you spent all your time on the farm you hick! You sure didn't attend school and learn how to spell. Your brain has been knocked around too damn much in that small skull of yours. Get a life redneck and learn how to spell.

To all that are questioning Donnies parental capabilities, hes is a good father, that takes care of his children, and supports them in life! For those who know Alex, knows it is his dream to become a pro rider! Like everything else in life it comes at a cost. So sad, but true. I too have a son I love very much who has been through a severe wreck due to motocross, that almost killed him. With Alex's support my son recovered and is racing once again. No matter what the sport is, there's always risks involved. Football player killed, bicyclist killed during a fund rasing event, kid riding bike on sidewalk, killed due to motorist on phone, Christopher Reeves paralized due to injury on horseback. These are all tragic events. Things happen, why are you people on here even commenting. Can you at least have the decency to post your true identies? What has happened to Alex is sad, but as my son told me, I want to live and not be afraid of everything this is who I chose to be and I know the risks. As a parent, I do not like him racing, but I support my son.As close to death as he was, he knows about the what if's and I protect him the best way I can. Without shattering his dreams. Donnie loves his son and hates that Alex got hurt, but once again these are his dreams not Donnies.

Regardless to what "Jerry" said your comment is so true. Anymore kids do not know how to account for themselves because parents do NOT teach them to think for themselves. They will grow up and learn from their mistakes. All we can do is guide, and protect them!

It is very obvious to me and many others that you do not know me or Alex very well at all, so why are you even post about us. Are you part of the Obama patrol, thinking that you know better than we do? Nothing hurts me any worse than seeing my son hurt! Alex is a very amazing young man, and I am sorry that you have not had the chance to really get to know him because you may be a better person as a result. You need not question my ability as a parent but perhaps I will question yours. I teach my kids how to make good informed decisions for themselves. We talk about the dangers and the rewards offered by the real world. I do not make decisions for them but I suppot them in the decisions that they make even if I don't agree. Alex has witnessed a fatal crash of another young man in TN, his best friend nearly died from a brainstem injury, another friend is in a wheelchair, and Alex has been injured several times. HE KNOWS THE RISKS! Some americans choose jobs that require them to put their lives on the line and some do not. Alex is one of those who is not afraid to take the risk involved in reaching his goals. I really believe that the world would be a much better place if there were more people like Alex. You don't even have enough back bone to let people on here know who you are. Why don't you go and get your own life and stop worrying about us. We know alot more about what is going on in our life than you will ever know. Now, if you would like to talk with me, I have several telephones that you can use. Perhaps you can tell me about all the other things that you, almighty one, thinks that I am doing wrong.
Please Trevor

Needs to learn, you are about one ignorant a**hole! I also talk to Alex personally, and I always ask him myself are you sure this is what you want to do? Donnie has asked him several times in front of plenty of witnesses are you sure? What kind of warpped mother f**ker are you? You think this is a Ducken joke? This kid is in the hospital and your talking smack. I talked to Alex 2 days before this race and he said he wasn't going to race til mid Oct. He chose to go to this race track with all his race family and ride. You'd better get your facts straight! You are such a brave soul talking shoot behind a screen name. These kids and racing is a very touchy subject with me. So unless you know the cicumstances shut the f**k up! Im sure you do understand the revised profanity.

By the way My name is Arlene and Im Reese's mom. Alex's friend, and 2nd mom....These are my boys and I have watched them race since 06, taking all kinds of percautions. It sure isnt easy watching them get hurt so the last thing anyone needs is idiots like you putting in their 2 cents. You act like no one gives a shit you are so wrong!

Way to go "mom".....such a great example of how an adult should handle herself. Where did you get that mouth? A truck stop?

You may want to look up the term ignorant prior to using it incorrectly and making youself look ignorant. Now, if Alex wants out, why did he give me a website to look at a bike that he wants for when he gets healed? Yes, he is in the hospital looking at bikes for next year. As I said before, I don't think any of you know Alex well enough to judge or comment on this topic. My phones are still working if someone really cares enough to get the truth. Alex's phone is also working.
