How is MMUS doing? Based on previous posts, it seems like there continues to be issues with employees, relationships, and the truth. Are things better?

People are getting fired for EVERYTHING! They are making crap up about people and firing them for it. It's ridiculous. No one should take a job there, in my opinion. It's too risky. Everyone is on pins and needles right now because no one knows who is going to be next.

Sounds like Amazon...I dont think employers should be allowed to take advantage of the economy the way they are. They should fine them. I know Amazon is taking advantage of it but think about it. I know companies now get a bonus for every new employee they hire (they have to get rid of the old people to hire new ones) plus someone told me that the government pays half of the salary of all new employee's for the first six months of their employment they call it a training expense but I know for a fact amazon does not give you six months to learn a new job so why should they get paid six months for training? It is very sad that companies around here know that for every worker they have, there are probably 20 more lined up outside wanting that job and they are taking full advantage.

The situation there speaks to their management and the staff they chose to retain. Living on "pins and needles" is not worth it. MMUS is not worth it. Send them back to Japan.

There should be something in place to protect good,hard-working employees. Unfortunately, companies can fire you for almost anything as long as there isn't any type of discrimination involved. If Murakami wants to fire someone that has worked their way up to making $35,000 a year, then they can hire someone new in their place for $9 an hour. It isn't right.

I will let you know this, no matter how good of an employee you where/was/are, once they have let you go for what ever reason "GOOD or BAD" and you apply for a job else where, they have been known to give you a bad recommendation.

Do they think anything is any better? In the past, anytime morale was low, they would have a "pizza day" with the idea that a full mouth of pizza would stop the complaining...lol

why dont people just leave everyone alone, people wouldnt get fired if they would go in and do their jobs like they are suppose to. most of the team leaders there know what they are doing. It is upper management that has faults. team leaders and team members follow orders from upper management
what a shame

This factory is well known for coming up with trumped up charges against good employees to get rid of them. Campbellsville has the worst luck with the jobs they bring in here.

So true, I know of several excellent employees that had worked hard there for yrs that they got rid of them for no good reason. They have that reputation and they do keep people that shouldn't be there. That is why surrounding counties, Like Marion Co, get the Campbellsville people.
