Really people???? Someone has died and a family is hurting. Other than the family, please explain why it matters to you how this person died, unless it was some contagious disease that could be spread.

Have a little respect for his family. His Mom and Dad are good people. They are hurting...imagine losing your son or daughter, regardless of the reason.

I just don't see why it's anyone's business how he died if he didn't have a contagious disease or kill or injure someone else in the process.

I went to church with Aaron in high school. I don't know much about him now since they moved away not long after I graduated. But what I do know is that the Walters' family is an amazing family and full of love. The other thing I know is that noone has a right to judge, only God is our judge. So for people to post such horrible things is awful. The family deserves love and support right now, not anyones righteous indignations.
RIP Aaron!

How about you keep your guessing to yourself!! You could not of posted a more disgusting, unfactual and ignorant post !!! Aaron (according to coroner) has passed due to heart failure and NOT drugs!! I pray no tradegy occurs in your family and you have to endure the childishness and complete insensitive information posted on this form! I'll pray for you and your family as obviously you need it more than ours!!!
Yes the cause of death is heart failure. It can take weeks or months to get an actual toxicology report back (if they even requested one) that would determine the actual cause of death. It is ruled as heart failure now because that is what happened, his heart failed. The question should be why? If he was healthy and had no history of heart problems but did have a history of drug use/abuse the logical assumption would be that his death is drug related.

Yes, I could be wrong and I am not making this statement as if it is fact, I am just saying that drugs could definitely have caused his heart to fail.

A lot of things can cause heart failure Drug abuse included, just obvious your trying to stir shit and bring more heart ache on a already torn family by saying drug use is the cause of death!!!!!!! Ridiculous and ignorant of you to show such disrespect!!! Shame on you

OK People, this is a real person you are talking about on here. No matter what caused his death, a family is left behind and are no doubt grieving right now. We all need to pray for that family as they go on without a son, father, brother, friend and so on. They are wonderful people who would pray for any of us if we asked them to, for any reason.

RIP Aaron, My prayers go out to all your true friends and family! I may be considered alot of things by some people, However i do have morles!from one addict to another and If it wasn't for this so called bad cop, bad person, I would not be alive today! Iv always had respect for Aaron and have talked to him from time to time weather a cop in uniform, or juzt Aaron after thoose days while being a regular guy like one of us!!! Yes he had his personal problems like most everyone does! This man may have even been high, drunk, or sobor on sept.26th 2000, But he pulled me from my car and performed CPR on me until the EMS arrived and no doubt, he didn't have to. By the way, i was drunk and had overdosed, that being the reason for my accident, BUT Aaron Walters choose to save my life and I thank God everyday for him being the Police officer to respond that night!!! May god be with you Aaron and you watch over your family each and everyday!!!!!!!

i done drugs for many years and put my family thru pure hel with me..my mom tried everything but until i had enough pain from it all i quit but i was one of the lucky ones..most addicts dont live to b real old..i dont know what Aaron died from but i do know that he helped me alot when i first got in the program..he was trying and for anyone whos not a addict, u dont understand what it does to u..and not just u but to everyone who loves u..i thought for a long time that i was just hurting myself..but its a ripple effect and it effects everyone..i went to prision due to my addiction, lost my daughter, lost my family for a long time and lost myself..but with GOD's help and AA and NA ive gotten my daughter back, my family and myself back. i thought partying was the life..that was death and pure hell..it never done one good thing for me but cause alot of pain and misery..im really happy today, making good memories with my daughter and getting to know who i am.i didnt say it was easy but its alot easier than living like i used to. my prayers are with the walters family..my mom already had the music and everything picked out for my furneral..even kept life insurance on me to cover the cost of my burial..she carried it for ten years and has now let it drop..if i could have one wish itwould b for drugs to go away so they will stop all the pain that comes with them and all the pain it causes familys and children..i used to b one of those people who had no morals but today i do and im teaching my lil girl..id like to start a fund in Aarons name to help other addicts who struggle..i think Aaron would like that..he always meant good even if he did things that he wouldnt have done if he wasnt addicted. let him rest in peace..finally he'll have peace and freedom within..thank u Aaron for all ur kind words and encouragmeant when i needed it..ill never forget u and to the Walters family, u had and have a wonderful son..he just got lost but he did help alot of people out..i dont know what he died from and its none of our business.. i know hes in heaven and his spirit is with his family..please people, leave his family alone..can u imagine what their going thru now and will for the rest of their lives..just pray for them and for all the other lost ones..

One truth that seems to be absent from this site is that addiction is a disease too!! Aaron has batted it for a while. Like other diseases, it can kill you. It can kill you via a heart attack too. No one has gone without mistakes. Addiction has given Aaron and his family plenty of consequences. They don't need more. Aaron battled addiction, he did not sit back and do nothing. Sometimes addiction wins anyway. Why help it by posting anything but support and kind words for a family who has battled along side Aaron through his struggles? that only proves ignorance and a lack of heart! RIP Aaron and Peace to the Walters family...
I disagree that drug addiction is a disease. Both it and alcholism are life style choices that were made. To be a disease the results would be similiar for anyone that used these items. It only catches some people, so how does it qualify as a disease. I know that for insurance purposes and disability purposes it is listed as a disease. Just ways to get more tax dollars without having to work seems to me.

You know.....it's a down right dirty shame that someone has passed and all you all know how to do is get all here and bad mouth the deceased!!!!! It does not matter what any of us think about the person in general, all that does matter is how he looks in the eyes of The Lord. I hope that He finds a way of repaying you all for talking like this about one of His children. You all should very well be ashamed of yourselves but I know you are not!!!!!:(

I don't think the majority on here are tryimg to chastize the family. What they are saying is drug abuse often sets people up for health problems later down the road. Everyone knew Aaron had a drug problem
Many do not intend to abuse drugs but it ends up being just that. It is not a reflection on the family. People find themselves in trouble with addiction and the heslth problems often brought on by drug or alcohol abuse. Most addicts did not set out to become addicts. It is the roll of the dice as to if one can quit and another can not. Sympathy to the family and maybe these posts will wake up some other person to seek help or help someone they know. People will not quit unless they want to do so, Or something drastic happens. This makes the situation difficult.
