Can anyone fix these Power Wheels kids cars?

Our battery charges, but car won't go when you press the 'gas pedal'. Does anyone know of a person we could hire to work on this?

My little boy, now 13 went through all of them--Ford truck, Harley, dune buggy. We had the same problem you are having. Do you still have your 800 number? We just retired them and got another one each time it happened. They are fun until they tear up. Not worth what you pay for them, but when you hava a kid, you will try anything.

I know this is going to sound strange, but there is a vacuum cleaner shop in Radcliff that the company will recommend when you call them. I guess they are registered with them or something, they fixed my sister's jeep. I can't find the number. You just keep going past the mall in E-town, go into Radcliff, it is not too far, it's on the right. Hope this helps.

When my sons did that we had to buy a new switch that is under the foot pedal. It took us forever to get the right one but when we did it was easy to fix
