Corning police officer fired, may face charges

“He was given his notice last week with the effective date Jan. 15”

CORNING -- Jason Dininny, a six-year veteran of the Corning Police Department, has been fired and could be facing criminal charges. via Star-Gazette

he has harassed me and threatend me many times since i moved here to corning after i was honarbly discharged from the united states marine corps.. he has arrested me and slammed me into my van infront of my children for supposibley calling him an asshole in which i wouldve done said infront of 3 other officers who never heard anything, those charges were dropped, but my children always have the memory of there dad being slammed an cuffed for no reason at all. hes off the street an such an asshole he is. he abused his power, i also watched what he did tyo my neighbor, and tried ta threaten me sayin hed arrest me if i dont go back in my house, when alkls i did was get my dog who was barkin at the cops. his yelling woke up my 3 young children who had school i said yoy can put em back to sleep, he said i ndont give a shit about your kids and then my truck.. he wanted it towed says leacked gas, when corning firefighters told him after i did it was transmission fluid, long story short, he puty 48 hour tow sticker on it anyway. stupid basturd. het jason, i was a marine, more then a man you will evr be sucker, so im not afraid of you, u cant use your lil badge ta threaten me again, you sorry ass looser, you make good cops look bad.oh yes i also made a complaint to da tunney since yur station wouldnt take one from me

haha rocky, I was thinking the same exact thing. A corning citezen? You have the spelling level of about a three year old, if not less. I can see why he had to treat you like an idiot, because clearly, you are! Unfortunately if he told you to go back into your house and you refused to do so, you COULD be arrested. There very well may have been a dangerous situation outside and he was protecting you, did you ever consider that? It is called disorderly conduct, something I am quite sure you are not aware of. Unfortunately I do not know the circumstances of exactly what Dinniny did however, it is idiots like yourselves that force police to have to threaten you because you do not listen. "Citezen", I encourage you to attend school with your children some day, you may learn how to spell a word or two :)
