Its only right, he was the responsible party, he was making money hands over fists, so, yes, he deserves to be convicted of negligent homicide. Me thinks his advice should no longer be held as legitimate or relevant!

You sound like you have a problem with someone making money. Typical liberal response: the New Age Moonbats who, of their own free will gave their money to this "guru" and sat in a tent til their brains melted have no personal responsibility in this incident. Me thinks [sic] you and the jury are no longer relevant in a free, capitalist society!

Exactly who forced those people to (1) enter the sweat lodge and then(2) stay in there even after they became uncomfortable? This is a classic case of people refusing to take responsibilty for stupid/life threatening actions. All they had to do was walk out and say, "It's too damn hot in there". I have no sympathy.

Uncle Dave Macon: Why enter the sweat lodge? Then became uncomfortable? Yes they were stupid, but it is a CHRISTIAN SPIRIT THING. Many go to church every sunday knowing the place isn't right (not all church's) and they aren't either. This guy is like many preachers just taking MONEY LEGAL. This time it ended up in death like JONES TOWN. The reason why the Indians done this was to sweat something out, now I have a bathroom I can heat up and do the same thing. Good idea, but you must have limits. I wouldn't tell you to go in there and do it you may die then I would be liable.
