That's all well and good, but how about the insurgents who killed countless numbers of innocent Iraqis; why don't they seek justice for those murderers?

Even now there are still car bombs going off in Iraq killing innocent people. Why doesn't someone go after those bastards who are planting these bombs and setting them off?
