CHIVAS USA and CHIVAS DE GUADALAJARA affiliated soccer academy is looking for youth soccer players to form teams within our CHIVAS Academy in Porterville, Ca.

Be a part of the successful “CHIVAS” Academy system and learn the CHIVAS method and philosophy

Collegiate, professional and national tryouts and scouting opportunities

Participate in the San Joaquin Valley Premier Soccer League which is a competitive youth soccer league with teams from as far as Fresno and Bakersfield.

Ages: 7-18 years of age

Gender: Male and Female

Practices: Mon. & Wed. 6-8pm at the Porterville Sports Complex.

Also School is about to start and Granite, Monache, and Porterville coaches might help out. If you didn't want to talk to the coaches, you could see if you could create a flyer to post with the approval of the office.

AND ALSO ONE OF THE COACHES WAS ARRESTED FOR STEALING FROM HIS PREVIOUS JOB. THE HERNANDEZ'S JUST WORRY ABOUT THERE OWN. THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO GET OTHER KIDS TO PLAY AND ALSO THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE THAT REALLY BELEIVE THEY ARE GOING TO GET TRAINED BY GOOD COACHES. ASK AROUND FOR THE TRUTH.

I had my child enrolled with The Chivas Academy before and it is true they advertise more teams than they really have, Most of the kids play on two or even three different teams in one day. If they ever scheduled games at the same time they would not be able to field a team.They are good however at collecting your money. If your last name is Hernandez you might have other opportunities. Makes you wonder where the money comes from to finance all those trips?

Before you open you mouths and start spreading lies get your facts straight. I have the pleasure of having 2 of my children in this organization. My kids have learned so much from them that it is amazing. If you think they are thieves then why are they listed on the Chivas USA website? http://web.mlsnet.com/t120/youth/overview/ as an official academy. I know for a fact they pay royalties to Chivas USA for every player in the academy. Trips? You must be kidding!!

Yes there is a monthly fee to attend in our academy as we are an official CHIVAS USA academy and we must pay royalities to them. That is how all academy affiliated to any professional team operate!! If you have an issue with this please contact Julio Cano, Director of Academies at Chivas USA. If you don't know how to contact him please email me personally and I will give you his contact information so that you can talk to him.

PLAIN AND SIMPLE: WE MUST PAY ROYALITIES TO CHIVAS USA FOR EVERY MEMBER IN OUR ACADEMY. JUST THE SAME WAY YOU PAY ROYALITIES TO MUSIC ARTIST FOR THEIR MUSIC.

This is how much you know about soccer and playing at a international and professional level. First of all once a player makes it at that level all expenses are picked up by the federation or the professional team which they play for. Again please get informed because you makes these untruthful accusations.

Again you must be kidding!! How about Ricardo Garcia who was sent to America? Why don't you mention these players? Please don't take the fact out of context. If two of the players (Hernandez) are playing on National teams it is because of their merits. Just think about, not like we have a say in who gets into these teams. All players need thru go thru tryouts no matter who they are.

FYI, they are a number of player in our academy which can't afford to pay the monthly fee so we have to pay (out of pocket) for their royalties.
If you have any concerns or problems about these please email me and we can talk about it but please don't act like you know the inner workings of how are academy functions.

>>Advertise where? More teams than we have? Again don't take stuff out of context. Please do your research. Kids don't play on more than 2 teams and they must be "elite" players in order to play up. This is not by choice but it something that was decide by the league teams which play in the league we participate in. It was not something having to do with our academy. PLEASE GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT!!

why are ppl making false accustions of this organization. my son was a part of this soccer academy and he learned more in the couple of months from the academy trainings then he ever learned from any other cysa or ayso coach. i am happy to say that currently he is one of the better players on his club team and there is no doubt in my mind that they had something to do with his skills. only reason we had to pull him out of the academy was because my husband got a job elsewhere and we had to move from porterville. sure sounds to me like some of you are letting feelings like jealousy and envy get in the way.
