Has anyone heard about SPI preparing their lay off?
Recently a retired employee from SPI mentioned this so just curious if it is true. IF THEY WOULD GET RID OF A FEW SO CALLED SUPERVISORS AND WHAT THEY LIKE TO CALL LEAD MEN, THEY WOULD HAVE A MUCH HAPPIER, PRODUCTIVE CREW AND WOULD HAVE LESS PENDING LAW SUITS FOR THE DISCRIMINATION AND HARRASSMENT HERE.
