Gave away close to 500 free weather alert radios.......only one problem.
They advertized it on cable tv instead of in the newspaper,so a lot of people who live in rural areas had no knowledge of the program which also gave the people who live in "town" with cable tv the advantage.
Sounds like they didnt give much thought on giving a fair shake to its citizens, to me.
