He was an amazing person. And anyone who knew him was a lucky person to have had the opportunity to have been a part of his life.

Dustin was a close friend. He was the kindest person anyone could ever know. His heart was made of pure gold. He could make anyone laugh at the drop of a hat! He will be forever missed.

OK let get this straight the wreck happened at 5:30am. My husband alo didn't go to a LaFlore county Hospital he went to one in Fort Smith,he got there at 7:34am and didn't get released till noon not soon after. Yeah he only had minor injuries but the death of the deputy will haunt him for the rest of his life. He can't even imagene what the family is going through but is thanking GOD for being his passenger. He goes to bed crying and wakes up crying for the family and friends of Dustin. It was not my husbands fault but he feels as if it was. I know Dustin just got of a 12 hour shift and might have fallen a sleep at the wheel That in it's self should show the Sheriff's Depart. they need to hire more people if one of their own was over worked enough to fall a sleep and happen to get killed in a head on collison. I pray that God be with the family each and every step they have to take to over ome this horrific ordeal. My God be with the family and friends of Deputy Dustin Duncan.
