BTW, I'm 65 years old, he sued me the same Month that my Mother died. I won, He lost! He's made his brags that he will keep suing me until he either wins or costs me everything I have in Attorney's Fees. He's, also, made thinly veiled threats to my Life numerous times on here. So now, do you see why People are skeptical and very cautious.
He threatens to sue, and does, anybody who disagrees with hin in any way about anything...and he has a record of doing it, more than once...alot more than once! But, he NEVER wins! But, He LOVES the attention and being in the "spotlight"! He represents himself, on the Civil Suits against Private Citizens, so he gets to play "Lawyer", too!

I guess we'll find out in about 3 weeks if that's true or not, won't we.
Is he going to represent himself in the Appeals Court? My guess is that it will cost alot of money to Appeal a Criminal Case, tried in Circuit Court, and since he's never had any visible means of support, I wonder where the money will come from to pay a REAL Lawyer. It will cost several thousand dollars for an Appeals Lawyer, I do know that....SEVERAL thousand!
Is the next higher up Appeals Court in Jackson, TN.? I think it is but I'm not sure.

Not here, I don't think and they certainly won't pay fo a Private Lawyer, only a Public Defender. This case didn't have a Public Defender.

braap, Here is some unasked for advice. I'm an older lady and what I've found is to try and understand that your sometimes someone cannot be who we want them to be.
It may be out of his control also. If not, maybe it's not time for him to change. Just let it be and go on with your life.
