If "interested had any information, I'm sure he/she would post it. Maybe, the Grand Jury hasn't reached a decision yet and it was postponed until after Election day? I don't know, but that is a possibility.

My Post was a comment as to why "interested" hasn't told everybody what happened, maybe. I know that she/he would, if she/he knew anything.
