Awesome? Awesome would be Wolfgand Puck, Gordon Ramsey, Bobby Flay. Not canned food from Cisco. It's typical Benton county food just like all the rest. Hardly AWESOME.

I never meet her till the resturant opened.I have talked with her several times since. She has something that any sucessfull resturant or small buisness needs. She care about what her coustomers think. Keep up the good work girl. You're starting to make a good name for yourself.

She has impressed me ...and that's not easy to do because I don't impress easily, by doing just what you mentioned. Being interested in what her customers and potential customers want and doing her bes to please them. Just showing them the courtesy of listening and responding to their concerns, legitimate or not, is quite impressive, in my opinion.

Moral Majority - I'm so sorry to hear that your experience was so unpleasant. I hope you will allow us an opportunity to "try again" to earn your business. What time were you there? Do you remember who your waitress was? What she was wearing? Maybe your help can help us better train our staff.:) Please remember, you are always welcome to ask for Britt and, if she is not available, if you leave your number, she will call you back. Britt cares VERY MUCH about her customers' concerns.
The Pest - Britt's is directly across the street from the courthouse on the north side. Can't miss it! Look for our Fan Page on Facebook!
We were there about before 9 but didn't get gone until going on 10....the waitress was a blonde and wore a poodle skirt.

Something you might consider on court days is a court house special that could be made in advance and brown bagged up for those busy folks on the go. Tuna or Chicken salad ,Ham ,turkey, balonia ect chips and dessert for a grab it and run crowd.
If anyone has not tried her HotDog be prepared with Chilli it is a true Big mans meal. Biggest fattest Hot dog I've ever had. I couldn't eat it driving had to pull over .

I didn't post to bash as I stated..It looks like you are really trying and I'm sure you are putting in loing hours. The other waitress was truly busy not just putting on a show. And if you need a good biscuit recipe..I have 1 that holds up really well so you can keep them warm...thanks for addressing.

I wanted to add some corrective criticism. My wife had a turkey sandwich and I had the special (chicken sandwich. It took 40 minutes to get our meals...I really don't understand how or why it would take this long. It wasn't crowded...maybe 6-8 more in restaurant.
Anyway. The food is great! Just as it has been each time I have been there. But something must be done on how long it takes during lunch. Unfortunately, I won't be able to go again for lunch until I know I can get in and out in 40 minutes (I get an hour for lunch...need ten minutes to and 10 back to work). Also, the special came with fries...they were out of fries. I know this happens and I also know it can be difficult to plan on how much food is needed when its a new restaurant. But...IMO the customer should be told when ordering not 20 minutes after they order...which tells me it was 20 minutes after I ordered that my meal had even begin being prepared.

Again I love the food. I want to see this place succeed. But i know the wait time can kill business (particularly at lunch). I'm just one example but I know not many people will be able to eat there (no matter how good it is) unless the wait time is cut.

Unforunately Good home made fries take longer. I know the girl is busting her a** and doing her best .Maybe if the Good people keep supporting her she can get a bigger fryer or another frier.

I have been reading all the comments and waiting to try this new place. My family went last night (10/02, 5:30pm) to give it a shot.... And sadly I was very disappointed. We first tried to order the curly fries, which they were out of. I then ordered a chicken sandwich.. The waitress came back out momentarily and informed me they were also out of buns for my sandwich. I told her just to cancel my portion of the order and take care of the rest of my family's requests. She later came back out and told me she was mistaken. The sandwich I ordered actually did not come on the bun they were out of. I still declined to order. Per my family, the food was "ok" but nothing special. The odor in the building is overwhelming and I agree with above posters that ventilation needs to be addressed. There were so many flies in the building you might as well have been eating outside. Maybe think about adding a fan above the doors to attempt to keep insects out?? I understand this is a new business and there are kinks to be worked out... But, you had one chance to make a good impression with me and failed. I likely will not return. I hope, for your sake, others do not feel the same.

What "odor" are you people talking about? Everytime I've been in there I've never smelled anything. I've never seen a bug in there, either. Britts is a very clean restaurant. Its not like you're going to the melting pot so don't expect a 5 star service. It's also not a fast food joint, either.... it's a cafe that just opened for cryin out loud! Obviously she is doing great if she is running out of food so fast. Keep doing an awesome job, brittany, I'm behind you 100000000%:)

I do NOT understand why some People in this County want to tear everybody down that are trying to make this a better place to live , and at the very least, bring in more Tax Revenue, that we need so badly.

Jealousy of the fact that this Business Person is contributing to the economy of this County and a productive Citizen, whereas the Person trying to tear them down, is probably not...is all that I can figure!
It only makes it more difficult for anybody to make a Life here, and it needs to STOP!

I'm not trying to "tear anyone down" but just simply stating my opinion of my experience. The owner is very young, and I commend her for taking on this venture. I'm sure she is working extremely hard to take in all the complements as well as the criticism to make her business last in this community.
Tired123: The "odor" I spoke of is not an offensive odor, just overwhelming aroma of food - grease in particular. It is a small space, so I'm sure Britt will have to combat this issue. IMO there is a very fine line between appetizing aroma and overwhelming odor. There were numerous flies in the building while we were there. It was difficult to even eat for swatting flies away from the food.
I am a Registered Dietitian (if my name didn't give that away) and I'm probably more harsh on food establishments than most people. As far as I'm concerned, you only have one chance to make a good first impression and my experience was lacking. There are a number of food establishments in town I simply will not visit due to past experiences. I will continue to keep my eyes and ears open for opinions and information regarding this restaurant and hopefully have a better experience if I try it again in the future.
