i know shane lawshe personally. he didnt murder this woman. i read his motion of discovery. he knows he is innocent and will be home soon and isnt even stressing the situation that he is in. he has other charges so he will end up doing some time, but he has already done 3 years, and in sc you do 50 percent of nonviolent sentences, and his other sentences are nonviolent. so he will be home within the next 3 to 5 years.... just to let you know. the trial is jan or feb of 2010 and there is no evidence on him other than he slept with the woman. the state has pushed the trial off over and over because they dont have any evidence on him, and now they can no longer push it off. so in a couple months, the murder, arson, kidnapping, and sex charges will all be disposed.... and shane will do a little time for burgarly and then he will be home. just to give you guys a heads up. no disrespect to the family of the victim at all but i know this situation well and i know shane personally. wheres the victims husband???? hint hint

Dude, your spelling does not speak well of her teaching abilities. She would probably prefer that you get back in school, quickly!
