I was wondering the same... maybe there is going to be an implication that it was one of the quads or the ex... otherwise, its just useless info.

Every mother is special for giving birth . Every father is special that takes care of his children . No one , male or female deserves to be killed by another human . My condolences to her family and friends. I hope whoever did this is caught and punished to the max.

My thought exactly. Must be a slow day at the news desk. The headline is how news writers catch your attention and get you to read an article. It worked...

Perhaps they are trying to get people to remember the person....maybe she was in the news a lot for having quads?

Julianne was a friend of mine when I lived at Pawleys Island and I remember the "Quads" as the cutest three yr olds you would ever see. I am truly heart broken over her death and I pray that she is at peace.

Maybe so, but I would think that since she was older and had them so many years ago that most of those people that would remember are dead or have left the area.

The media and journalist from The Sun News and other articles have really "aired" the dirty laundry of this family and it is horrible. This information is not relevant and I would not want all of my information on the Internet!

So, umm, why did you just let everyone know where they can go read the horrible dirty laundry of this family if you would not want that to happen to you?

I wanted the Sun News mentioned because of their poor choice of quotes etc Not to spread anymore about this family. I care deeply about the children but the media carries things too far and that was my point.

You mean http://www.myrtlebeachonline.com/news/local/s... , the one that mentions facts about the divorce which may end up being relevant since this is being investigated as a murder and arson?

Since Tuesday I have read more than I ever wanted to know about my friends, but if it helps find Julianne's murderer than "so be it". I want her killer caught and punished. I am taking this too personal because she was a friend.

Julianne was my 1st cousin and I loved her dearly. I wish all the dirty laundry could be swept under the rug, but if it helps to solve the crime, air it. She was an awesome human being and an awesome mother. She had another daughter, Kent, who she tragically lost in a car accident. It is very hard to be a single mother of one child, but could you imagine doing it with quads. 4 kids hitting puberty at once, starting college as once. Joni Barwick, bless you whoever you are. She did almost die having these babies. This was before everyone took fertility drugs...it was just nature. The quads got out of the hospital before Julianne. It was big news at the time and I am sure that they are trying to get people to remember (and no we are not all dead). Instead of it being a slow news day, I think a bunch of slow people just have nothing better to do than make little of the fact that a wonderful mother, cousin, friend and person was murdered. And the point of the story is...a wonderful mother, cousin, friend and person was murdered and the person who did it needs to rot in hell. Maybe like Joni, I'm too close to the story, but I have cried for 2 days and am pissed off.

Sorry for the loss of your friend and I understand now your point. It did not make sense at first. I agree with you too about the media and such. It's a shame that they have no compunction at all about airing dirty laundry whether it is true or not. Hope they find the killer. Praying.
