The unemployment rate is lower then at anytime during his term. Thank him for signing NAFTA. That and corrupt and greedy unions have driven manufacturing jobs from this country. Yes, voters are to blame for continually electing incompetent and corrupt people into office. Unfortunately, that seems to all that ever runs for public office anymore with very, very few exceptions.

The national unemployment rate is 4.8, it was 3.9 at the end of Clinton's term. Plus, median wages have stagnated for the last seven years, they increased during the Clinton years without excessive inflation. You can make a lot of arguements that the Clinton years were not as rosy as they seemed. But that isn't one of them.

I'm not a big Hillary fan, but I must admit she is paying a lot more attention to Indiana than any of the other candidates ever have.

You're right. After a careful look it appears that the lower rate and higher wages are a direct result of the "dot.com " boom starting in 1996. Clinton had absolutely nothing to do with this, he was just fortunate enough to be president at that time.

I'm proud to live in a country where opinions expressed don't translate into dungeon accomadations. Even hateful, ignorant, prejudiced, sexist and otherwise repugnant opinions have a place in our America.

I'm looking for a leader who will return us to international respectability. Fight for economic fairness for ALL its' citizens. Someone who concentrates on our common goals while agreeing to disagree on sidebar issues which do nothing but diminish us as a nation...

A Clinton in the White House again? Come on. I know she's not Bill, but he was a disgrace to the office. He committed perjury. FACT. Instead of openly admitting what he did with Monica, he first lied about it and only admitted to it after it was obvious that he had no other option. What else has he lied about?

Do we really want somebody who's married to him to be our President? Maybe it's not completely fair to her, but I don't trust Hillary anymore than I trust Bill. Will somebody with some integrity please be our President already?????

The way this story was reported by Eric Halvorson, it sounded as if Dyngus Day is a Democratic tradition and not merely the attending of the festivities as the tradition.

You better quit posting because your ignorance is really showing. Your posting also shows that you have no clue as to what really goes on in politics or the world for that matter. Oh and by the way, I bet you are one who has had affairs or done things with women like Monica Lewinsky--You men are such hypocrits--always whining about Bill Clinton and his sex affairs when you all are just alike--never can keep your pants on. And the woman who post here who whine about Hillary staying with Bill over the Monica affair--I bet you are one of those wives or girlfriends too who have stayed with their "man" when things like this happen, or you know another woman or have someone in your family who has stayed with a cheating man. Get over yourself!! You are just jealous and it shows!! And, you can't admit that the country was in much better shape than it is now--but then you are probably one that voted in Bush. If only we could sue all the people who voted Bush in and has caused us all these problems.
