WOW! The additude of that woman that works in there is hostile to say the least. And what a snob!

I thought they were a Staffing Agency. The owners should start inhouse first!

Not impressed with the service thus far!
Oh my gosh

I have been very pleased with the service of ESA. I am new to the town, and they were able to find me a job very fast. I am a single mother of two and they were very understanding of my situation and placed me in a job that both helped my financial situation and gave me weekends off so i can spend more time with my girls. I have had a great experience with everyone I have made contact with. The girl who interviewed me,(teresa I think), was very sweet and seemed to take a interest in me as a person. Other agencies, seem to just treat you like a number (MANPOWER). Overall, I am extremely satisfied with ESA, and my supervisor even told that I will be permanently hired soon. YAY!

I went into ESA fairly recently looking for job placement. I know there was an older redhead that barely looked at me, the receptionist was friendly and talkative, and the blond girl that interviewed me was really nice and easy to talk to. Which of those was snobby and hostile?

Then you should be working instead of posting!

Good luck! They will only call you if they need a warm body to fill in the odd hours and unrealistic sifts.

Qualifications will not matter as much as if you look right, have pleased the evil redheaded troll, and if you can get an interview with her when she's not "Busy".

Be careful you get a copy of the application you filled and sign. They like to make changes whenever they fill like it then say you agreed to it.

I did one last November and my friend has a different one from mine.

I don't work there. I work at a local daycare thanks to ESA. Why does everyone have to be so negative and why is it so unbelievable that I had a good experience?? That's just ridiculous. I'm very grateful for ESA..I love my job.

Leave ESA alone, if you feel you didn't receive fair service simply discuss it with the manager. If that doesn't help go higher up or go away and don't come back instead of BASHING GOOD HARD WORKING PEOPLE!

If you can do a better job shutup, get off topix then apply for managers job!

Try Manpower. I really like them. They will also help you on your resume and talk to you about what is available.

Another thing is to go out to East Camden and put applications directly with the companies.

I found out that worked better.

You don't have to go with ESA for all those companies. You can put your resume online also with The Work Force.

The one thing I did not like about ESA was that they lied to get my application. I asked for a specific Company "Spectra". and they said they did work with them and they do not! I wasted three weeks but was lucky that a friend told me to go apply directly with them. Love my job.

Sometimes people in agencies like that get a big head and will actually "Blackball" you if they don't like you. You have to be careful. They want to make money, you are just a number to pull out when it's convenient to them.

Also, I agree with one statement - go back to any agency and always keep copies of everything you signed. NEVER leave without a COPY.

Good Luck with your job hunt.

I am curious why you keep posting the Attorney General contact Scott. You have done your fair share of trash talk and "cyber-bullying" on Topix. Do you not think that when they complete the investigation that you could also be in trouble? I am just asking because every post I am reading you are posting this on.

As I posted it was due to the mental state I was in due to coming here because people was calling me a cripple and how they should be euthanized. That in turn emotionally traumatized me and caused violent behaviors.

Too much time on your hands, you can't be fixing too many computers. Too many topics bear your "signature" and they all wind up to be an advertising ploy.
