Bravo to good fathers everywhere. To those who didn't you our father or were treated badly...I am truly sorry for you. Please take that and make a positive spin on it with your family if you have them. I have 2-8 year olds and there is nothing more important to me than there happiness and well being. Remember that children are not here forever...you blink and they are gone, grown up and on their own. Make a big deal out of every little thing you do with them because when they do leave, you will give your soul to have just one more time like you used to have. Happy Fathers Day to all in Indiana and the world.

The number 1 reason for black poverty in this country is single family homes where over 70% of black children grow up in single family homes so bravo to the Star for showing good role models and the value of a father.

I don't believe anything in this article was specifically directed at the lack of "black" fathers in their children's lives. Why is EVERYTHING targeted at minorities (this includes hispanic and whatever non caucasian nationality)lack in areas? My God! Why not just say "Bravo to the Star for showing good role models and the value of a father". Although my father did not raise me, I had a "black" grandfather who taught me principal's, values, responsibility, love, kindness, patience,(and that's just to name a few).
This society is something else; Lord I understand why the angels question God as to why was so mindful man; it's because a lot of individuals just ...ooh; there are for words.
Nevertheless, to EVERY father, of EVERY nationality, God Bless you and Happy Father's Day!

My IQ dropped a few points while trying to read your second paragraph. Did you just pick out a random series of words. I just wish that ol' gramps would have taught you the proper use of the semicolon.

Why do you have to be such an a**? Does it make you a bigger man,or a better father? We should build fathers up not try to pull them down. People like you are just crap. A Mother
