I made an internet purchase from Euro Food Mart over two months ago and have still not received anything. I received an email stating they had shipped it over two weeks ago, but they did not give me a tracking number. Phone calls go to voice mail.

Is this a legitimate company, or have I been ripped off?

Is there a local Better Business Bureau I should contact?

Any information will be appreciated.

Unfortunately I am going through the SAME thing. I feel like an idiot that I didn't research this company BEFORE I ordered. There are complaints ALL over the place about this company. I've never had any problems ordering online with ANY other company. I wish I'd never found this site! PLEASE take the time and GO AND LOG YOUR COMPLAINT with as many sites as you can (Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, etc) so all negative activity will be recorded and questioned. Thank you and I'm sorry you are going through this.

I have ordered from this company about 3 weeks ago and I am experiencing the same like others here.
They do not response to Emails and Phone calls.
There is no number to track the package with FedEx. After waiting and waiting I called my Credit Card Company and hope to get my money back.

I can relate to all of the above. This is what you can do: call your local police station and file a complaint. I spoke to the Winooski PD, who told me the company moved to Colchester. Colchester PD said i first have to file a report locally and they will then contact Colchester, who will take action.I'm doing this today and I'm sure the more complaints they reeceive, the more seriously they will take it! Good luck.

also-the owner's name is Darko Vujanovic and his e-mail address is [email protected]
I ordered from them before and received an invoice with the same e-mail address.

Order placed in early May. Eurofoodmart charged my card immediately, but never delivered the merchandise, never responded to my queries until I contacted the BBB for the region (MA covers VT), but still no merchandise. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got my money refunded. I have reported Eurofoodmart as a fraud to the BBB.

Update:
I filed a complaint with my bank (an on-line bank)and they were able to reverse the charges. It took a while and I thought it wasn't going to happen. I still need to contact BBB. Thanks for everyones responses.

Same problem here. After sending many emails received the products ordered over a month later. Some were damaged and others expired. Contacted Credit Card company for refund. Suggest you contact the Boston District Office Complaint Coordinator at the FDA if you experience similar results.

I ordered from this co several times. So their shipping is slow, I always got my stuff, The last order was beginning of July. This time the order had two[2] items missing. in the answer to my Email they said they were out and would ship shortly. I am still waiting. No phone, no Email answer, no website......and they do charge the credit card immediately. So I guess I am out $6.00
Can't believe dishonest people are able to get a business license.

The same happened to me. Received 2 emails stating they had shipped my order and that they would send me the tracking number after 7 PM. But never got a tracking number or my order. Will report them to the Better Business Bureau

I live pretty close to the place. I'll try to figure out where it is and swing by there to look for signs of life. I've been to a place called Euro Deli in downtown Burlington that I believe is affiliated but that's been quite a while ago so I'm not sure if they're still around. I should be in that area on 10/5 and I'll try to report back anything that might be of interest to all you poor souls who had their money taken without getting the expected goodies in return.

I have written to two local newspapers, pointing out the unsavory business tactics of Mr. Dalibor Vujanovic in Colchester, Vermont. Granted, my sum is piddly to some of the money you people have lost to this scammer. I have a feeling that his motto is: "Amerika has been very, very good to me!"
I have also written and mailed copies of my very own complaints to The Office Of The Atty. General of Vermont.
Time will tell if our elected officials have the heart to make life a bit uncomfortable for good old Dalibor of Colchester, Vermont. Or of South Burlington.
Do yourself a favor and research everything BEFORE placing an order! I am so much smarter now .....

Well, here is another sucker who orderd and paid for stuff from the Euro Food Mart. over 6 weeks ago. NO response to emails or phone calles at 18885579692 which is listed on the conformation email. The only thing one can do is dispurt the charge with your credit card company. I got the site from amazon.com . What a rip off you would think they would screen their referals a little bit better.

Placed an order on Nov. 22nd for ~$60. After finding this post, sent an email to [email protected] as per Sev's advice. Got a reply less than 3 minutes later from [email protected] which reads: "Dear Sir. Your order will arrive next week via USPS Priority Mail. We apologize for the delay. Best regards, German Cart". We'll see what happens. I'll give an update when/if anything happens.

I feel your pain. I ordered from Euro Food Mart over three weeks ago and after several calls and emails I finally received a shipment. It wasn't what I ordered. The product I received I can get anywhere. The product I ordered I have to get online and it cost more. Not a happy camper. Now the website says "The Store is Closed for Maintenance. I get the feeling I just got ripped off.
