Why are you upset

Why is it that Ms French is only getting a bad hand delt to her because she is in Crawford County? Why is it that you think some big shot attorney from the Burg can get her out of this? Of course he's going to say that it's the weakest case he's ever seen ... he said that to the media, knowing it would be printed! It's all a game on who can get the best dig in and when! That's what defense attorneys are PAID to do! Come up with another version of the truth and put doubt in the minds of the jury. Who cares that the DA hasn't let out the means of how she was injuried. That will all come out at trial. The point is that the state has medical FACTS to prove that the injuries that Kierstan suffered from did NOT come from a fall on a car seat. Unless YOU yourself have read the reports, talked to the Drs or where there that morning yourself, then stop grasping for straws here. The evidence IS there, the "story" doesn't match and that little girl is dead! The state has done what they needed to do. They proved that there is sufficent evidence showing that Kierstan suffered from injuries beyond a fall to a car seat. So her lawyer has been doing this for over 40 years, that just proves that I don't understand how he's lived to be 70. He should have too many sleepless nights defending and distoring the truth about murder's!! Get real "upset", you should be upset with yourself for believing Melynda hasn't done wrong in ths case!!

and by the way, be prepared to not see Ecker in court, its his modus operandi, try to get the case thrown out, if its not thrown out, have someone else try it.

The FACT is also that Melynda waited until her mother got there to call 911. That is the biggest line of BS I have ever heard. Would she have waited if it was HER son???? I want to know: why did she kill Kierstan and not Josiah and Timmy???
The fact is that Kierstan was a perfectly healthy little girl until she was left to the hands of Melynda. Stop blamming Candi, SHE DIDN'T kill her. She made mistakes as we all have. I don't consider what Melynda did a mistake though, she is a cold harded murderer. Shane is also at fault for trusting this physco with his kids. They should both be court ordered to be fixed..........

look check this out. I hate to break it to you all. My niece was a perfect healthy little girl. An she was not born with anything wrong with her so lets get that out the way. my sister was not on any drugs when she was carring kiersten. the doctors would have seen that. An you all need to face the facts that she is a KILLER. Medical records don't lie. so be prepared for her to gone down state for a long long time. if i was her i would have took a plea. now she gonna be gone for a long ass time. How could you people really be on here saying she did nothing. When you have all the doctors telling you this stuff. that is why we have them here today they major in that field.

Upset, just let it go... some folks don't know make intelligent comments in response to others... so they go for the nasty comments and name calling... not worth getting 'upset' over at all. Chief Johnson also commented that Melynda was cooperative when he arrived at her apartment that day. Some folks will tell only the part that supports their utter condemnation of Melynda as a murderer. If Candy's past doesn't matter, neither does Melynda's. Enough said ... I trust God will see all of us through this -- justice and honesty and truth will prevail - His way.

kiersan had no big head. I was at the hosipal for her head to be that huge like a football. there was some serious things done to her. i'm her aunt so i seen her sence birth an yes her head was 5 times it size. where don't you people understand what these doctors are saying. or have you just not had a chance to hear them.her eye was blowin out. that comes from SHAKING. do you honestly not understand what these people are saying that they have proof of. wait till all this hits trail. make sure to listen what the doctors have to say. and yes i was at the hosiptal an herd for my self. Jackie, it's a waste of time trying to get these people to see what is so damn obvious! They want to believe that MMC did something to her, or they waited too long to get her to Pittsburg, or it's Candi's fault, or it's something she was born with and the "fall to the car seat" set it off, or it's, or it's or it's ... They just don't want to admit that to themselves that Melynda is responsible for Kierstan's death! The Dr's at Childrens knew it and said it to Shane when he got there! And the evidence has been SCREAMING it ever since. Let them think what they want and say what they want because she isn't getting out of jail now OR at the end of this trial. She ended Kierstan's life and now her's is over and that's what she gets! I only hope and pray that she one day runs into Candi behind those walls!!

Her brother was a first responce (if you know so much) and he was not home so woulf you call for help elsewhere if it were you (ya you would because your nose is up your intention would be not to save the baby but the pulic eye)
