Jury awards $1.2 million to former student in sex abuse case

A North Platte jury on Thursday awarded $1.2 million to a former student who says he was sexually abused by a teacher after other students made numerous complaints to the school about the teacher's behavior. via York News-Times

great I hope others will step up, especially take action when complaints are made. This is a serious crime and he should pay for this crime, damages and prison time.
