This article is well written and very interesting to me since we are restoring a Rosenwald teacher's home in the Orangeburg, SC area known as Great Branch.
I have had the opportunity to speak with many of the seniors whose parents contributed to the fund that resulted in better schools for them to attend. The pride is unlike any that I have ever seen.
