Police Station/Civilian Staff

Ok, what's up with the Animal Control chick? Is she useless like the rest of them? Plus only available M-F 7-3, what do you do when something happens during the other 16 hours in the day cuz you know the cops can't write citations for violations, etc.

BTW; I also happen to know someone who works for the city and is on work time I can see is on facebook all day. Nice resources of our tax dollars.

I've had several interactions with her over the years and have always found her to be nice and dutiful. Most of my interactions with her have been when she's out patrolling the various parks in Everett.
