That is NOT the "only thing" this guy, DANIEL McCarty did, by you saying NOT having a real estate liscense. He was blatently stealing money from the Copher woman. He can't sell something that he has no connection to. He did NOT work for the company and was taking her money as if he did. Don't play it off like he was just working without a liscense. Only license he needs to be working on is license plates in JAIL! Some people still work hard for their money and dont need pathetic creeps like him stealing from them. I am so glad they caught him.

Daniel got what he deserved. Not only did he do that do the Copher woman, he also done it to other people in other counties. Him and his brother Todd and Todd's so called girlfried, Ashley Sies is all in it together. They didn't always ask for check, in other counties they only wanted cash. I guess this time when Daniel took the check is when he got caught... shows what drugs will do.. I hope he never gets out of jail until someone pays back the people he stole money from so him and his brother could do the drugs. Look up Todd Mccarty ky and go to mobile home scam and see what was in the local newspaper there.

For one, how do u know he stole anyones money? Thats right u dont. And he never said he worked for mortgage company, he said he worked with them, i was there...several times.
